Poster: B Review:It fits nearly perfectly with the film's visual style, but it is relatively inexpressive. Visual style must be accompanied by substance and, although I've seen the trailer, I don't see much of the film's substance in this poster, colorful and visually impressive as it is.Trailer: A Review:What an interesting preview. This trailer is visually stimulating to a degree that few films have been. One of the things I love about these kinds of films is how they manaage to create such an interesting and vibrant world filled with color and intrigue. While there's not a lot of plot in the preview, there's enough to entice the most curious viewer.Oscar Prospects:Tarsem Singh's first film, The Cell wasn't recognized in the Art Direction or Costume Design categories as might have been expected. It received its only Oscar nom for Best Makeup.
