Poster: B- Review:Since the film is from the producers and director of City of God and the film is portrayed as a pseudo-sequel, it's not unsurprising that the poster carries the coloration and style of the original. This doesn't make it any more interesting than the original, however.Trailer: C Review:The first film was wildly over-praised and this one just doesn't seem to feel right. City of God was at least interesting from the aspect of children being forced by society/poverty into criminal activity, but this film seems to ignore children for the most part, but otherwise just throws up the same violent imagery and situations of the first film.Oscar Prospects:I don't see this sequel succeeding at the Oscars the way the first film did.
